Our foundation was established to serve San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Conejo Valley high schools and their athletes, coaches, and parents.

Local high schools are invited to participate in our various (pre and post) season athletic contests and other events held for girls and boys. Our emphasis is on the high school team. The vast majority of our participants are student athletes who may not play organized sports beyond high school.

Operate a non-profit foundation to organize youth sports and activities for local area athletic programs and to solicit tax-exempt contributions from individuals or companies that reside, work or operate in the Greater San Fernando Valley Region.  These activities will be in addition to and subordinate to the athletes’ school athletic commitments.  All funds raised will be used to pay for costs associated with the various contests, activities and administration of the foundation.  Any net profit generated from this enterprise will be contributed to local host schools athletic programs and individual athletes who are deemed to be in need of financial aid by the Board of Directors.
